Terms & Conditions – DZ-AUTOTECHNO

These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the DZ-AUTOTECHNO platform. By accessing or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Platform

DZ-AUTOTECHNO provides professional digital and technical services related to automotive electronics, ECU programming, diagnostics, and reference-based vehicle data.

The platform may also offer professional subscriptions, digital files, and hardware products such as ECUs.

DZ-AUTOTECHNO is not a legal authority, inspection body, or certification entity and does not issue legal or accusatory judgments.

2. User Accounts and Access Levels

Access to the platform is granted according to different account levels. DZ-AUTOTECHNO reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Ownership of Uploaded Diagnostic Files

All diagnostic files uploaded to the platform (including VCDS logs, EEPROM, Flash, Dumps) remain the exclusive property of the original uploader.

DZ-AUTOTECHNO does not resell, redistribute, or disclose raw diagnostic files to third parties.

4. Reference Use of Technical Data

Extracted data such as VIN, mileage, ECU part numbers, HW/SW versions, and diagnostic dates are used solely for reference, analytical, and historical purposes.

Raw files and contributor identities are never disclosed to other users.

5. Previous Records and Reference Indicators

When previous diagnostic references exist for a specific VIN, only reference indicators and timelines are displayed. No raw diagnostic files or workshop identities are shared.

6. Retrieval of Original Files

Original diagnostic files may be retrieved only by their original uploader, subject to verification. Files are delivered exclusively via email. No direct download links are provided.

7. Digital and Technical Services

Once a digital or technical service has been initiated or delivered, it is considered final and non-revocable.

8. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Services

The right of withdrawal applies only if the service has not yet started. Once execution has begun, the right of withdrawal is waived.

9. Professional Subscriptions

Subscriptions grant access rights only and are non-refundable once activated. Early termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

10. Digital Goods

Digital files sold as products are non-refundable once delivered, sent by email, or made accessible to the customer.

11. Hardware Products

Physical products may be returned only if unused, intact, and in original packaging, in accordance with the return policy displayed on the platform.

12. Exclusions for Returns

No refund or withdrawal is accepted for installed or modified hardware, executed services, or delivered digital goods.

13. Separation Between Commerce and Reference Layer

Commercial transactions do not affect reference records, historical diagnostic data, or vehicle timelines. The reference layer operates independently from sales activities.

14. Limitation of Liability

All information provided by DZ-AUTOTECHNO is technical and reference-based. The platform shall not be held liable for decisions taken based on this information.

15. Misuse and Violations

Any attempt to access third-party data, redistribute content, or misuse the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

16. Order Refusal or Cancellation

DZ-AUTOTECHNO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before execution in case of invalid data, technical incompatibility, or suspected misuse.

Core Principle

Digital services are final once initiated.
Reference data is not a commodity.
Professional access implies professional responsibility.
